2027 Trail Proposal

The Trapper Creek Glen Homeowners Association board is now accepting trail maintenance project proposals for the 2027 season. If you submitted a prior project proposal that was not funded, you will need to re-submit each year for consideration. The money for access and trail improvements comes from membership annual dues. Members are encouraged to contact your neighbors and apply for a trail grant together.

Application Terms & Conditions

  • To be awarded funding for trail improvements, HOA members must submit a proposal to the TCGHOA board by December 31, 2026.
  • Priority funding will be used toward longevity projects (boards, bridges, trail longevity) that improve common access trails, not private property improvements. Preference will be given to lasting infrastructure improvements.
  • Preference will be given to proposals that align with trail best practices and improvement recommendations.
  • HOA members that are awarded funding for trail improvement projects will be expected to provide a report and photos on the project status at then end of the summer/fall works season.
  • HOA members that fail to complete an outstanding project will be ineligible for additional trail project funding until such as time as the originally proposed work is completed, or the funded materials are returned to the HOA for use in another project.

Here is perhaps your last chance of 2014 to volunteer to help improve trails in the Trapper Creek Glen Subdivision. Consider joining your neighbors on the West Hugo Loop trail project (more or less west of September Lake).

There are approximately 400 feet of boardwalk to construct. The work will begin at 10 a.m. on October 11. If the job isn’t completed that day, we will resume at 10 a.m. on the 12th. This is a level work site so we only need laborers to lay down boards and run a nailer. One or two chainsaws will be needed for cutting cross ties. Bob Troutman is heading up this project.

The Annual Meeting of the Trapper Creek Glen Homeowners Association will be held Saturday March 8, 2014, at 1:00 PM at the H&H Lakeview Restaurant, MP 99.5 Parks Highway.

Dues will now be considered delinquent after 60 days from the date of each annual meeting notice, and an interest of 10% will be applied. Late fees will be applied at the end of the year. For 2013, Annual Dues must be received by May 20, 2013 to avoid 10% interest fees, and must be paid by December 31, 2013 to avoid an additional $25 late fee.
