Some of the improvements are old and near the end of their lifecycle while others are newly constructed. Your help in keeping these improvements usable for everyone is appreciated. To that end, Homeowners are strongly encouraged to haul building materials during the winter only. Be mindful of trail conditions and avoid use if it will cause damage to the trail. Trail use by motorized transportation is discouraged during breakup or periods of heavy rain. Homeowners are also encouraged to use the trails as little as possible during muddy, wet, or breakup conditions. Please do not haul material when these conditions exist as it can permanently damage the trail. In some areas there is a winter and a summer trail. Please do not use the winter trails during the summer if it will damage the terrain. Damage to improvements due to misuse is expected to be repaired at the expense of the abuser. You can get current information on the trail conditions Jean Hartman (907) 733-1327.

There are trail drags normally located in the bog before September Lake for winter trail grooming. Everyone is encouraged to groom the trail after heavy use or hauling. Please return the drag to its normal location after use.

Be aware that breakup is several weeks later in Trapper Creek than in Anchorage or Wasilla.
